Clive du Plessis a consulting engineer by profession, has proven himself as a seasoned innovator, leader and strategist with a natural entrepreneurial spirit. Having end to end project management skills, he has worked with organizations such as Aviat Networks, Alcatel Lucent, Radwin, Celtro, Vodacom, MTN, Ericsson, Huawei, iDirect, ZTE, Huawei where he has fulfilled roles in management, strategic management, risk management, project management and business development. He has over the years obtained further experience in strategic management, risk management, financial management, project management and business process. His passion lies in inventing new innovative ways of creating value by identifying and solving pertinent problems. Further, his ventures into the entrepreneurial world, have exposed him to various industries including telecommunications. He has experience in initiating and managing big projects and has proven himself as a proficient manager. He also has 12 years experience as a safety officer, Risk Assessor, Incident Investigator, Fall Protection Plan developer, Assessor. He is currently furthering his studies in Facilitator and Moderator.
Hardus Coetsee is one of the the co-founders and Director of Randibyte. Hardus started his carrier in 1996-2000 at RTT Couriers as Operational manager, 2001-2004 Owner Coebroers Building Contractors, 2005-2009 PJM Projects as Project Manager, 2009-2017 Director Hintosync cc, 2018 UPLINK was started where multiple companies merged to form UPLINK, In all the years Hardus has been a Director and MD in all the company's and has played a big part of the day to day running of the businesses. Hardus has proven himself to be an entrepreneur and has very good knowledge and business sense regarding the running of multiple aspects and divisions of the company
Management
Anisia du Plessis is a highly skilled marketing facilitator that started her career in marketing as estate agent at Tesaric properties as office admin and sales representative. In 1997 working as sales representer for Assupol, she then moved on to African Life marketing multiple products. Anisia then moved over to call centre management where she headed up the sales and losses division managing 150 + staff assisting in sales and marketing pitches and execution thereof. Anisia also owned hair dressing salons in Gauteng areas where she managed marketing, staff and procurement of products where she also earned her masters in cut and colouring.
